Erdem Yildizeli has been working as a lawyer since 2006. He is registered to Istanbul Bar Association. His primary focus is on emerging technologies' (blockchain, artificial intelligence etc.) conflicts with human rights and data privacy as well as contract law. Besides this, he has 15 years of experience in Business Law, Labour Law, Civil Law and working in collaboration with professionals to provide various types of legal and financial services. 

 

He studied law at Marmara University Faculty of Law. He started his law career in his second year in a respected law firm in Istanbul. He has been offering services to clients in his law firm since 2011. After establishing a new branch in the Netherlands, he had broadened his works to the EU in 2018. 

 

During his profession, he had the chance to represent individuals and many different companies in different sectors. He has handled various litigation and legal matters and represented corporate and individual clients' interests on complex issues, transactions, and agreements. He has been working in collaboration with the Ethics & Compliance function. As an experienced lawyer, he is more than able to offer advice on the law, legal procedures and a wide range of legal issues.  

 

He has been doing his Master's Degree (LL.M) in International Technology Law at Vrije University Amsterdam.
